Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our resale standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
