What are your standard delivery times?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 2-5 working days. Larger items such as radiators or bathroom suites may require specialized pallet delivery which can take up to 7-10 days.
Do you offer a return policy for unwanted items?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return period for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order products may be exempt from this policy.
How do I calculate the heat output (BTU) I need for my room?
You can use our online BTU calculator by entering your room dimensions and window types. This ensures you select a radiator with sufficient power to heat your space efficiently.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer guarantee. Many of our premium taps and radiators carry extended warranties ranging from 5 to 25 years.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If you notice any damage, sign for them as 'damaged' and contact our customer service team within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.
